| This is your large cabin in the woods for the perfect reunion, wedding or outdoor enthusiast group, yet less than 10 minutes from Steamboat Springs with world class restaurants and amenities. This unique property has over 8200 square feet, plus a total of 12 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and shower, plus 2 additional 1/2 baths. The entire rustic lodge is available for rent and will sleep up to 34 people. Besides the large party bar area off of the living room, the outdoor patio can be used for your reception, BBQ or outdoor party needs. The Routt National Forest is out your front door for miles of hiking, nordic skiing or snowshoeing. Snowmobiling areas are close by and lodge parking for your vehicles is available. The large dining room can seat up to 40 of your closest friends and a large catering kitchen is available for your group's meals. The kitchen can be used by the group or a private caterer if desired. The Aspen View Lodge is a magical property that you will enjoy for any private gathering year-round.

Powder Cat Skiing - $ 400 per day (choose on the booking form)
A POWDER DAY EVERY DAY!
Treat yourself to a powder day with Steamboat Powder cats and you will understand why we've been in business since 1983. With terrain suitable for Expert, Advanced and Intermediate skiers we will allow you and your group to ski and ride at your true powder ability level. We divide our groups as follows:
Level I - Intermediate guests have little to no powder experience, you ski blue and occasional black runs, no trees or bumps.
Level II - Advanced guests ski black, even double black runs, have plenty of powder experience and can comfortably handle the trees.
Level III - Expert skiers and riders are unfazed by any snow or terrain conditions. Lots of powder experience and strong leg strength.
**If you overstate your ability level , we reserve the right to sit you while on tour as we cannot switch guests from cat to cat during the day!!***
What's included:
