House Information

Great large house for families and groups at affordable price! Private hot tub and pool table for entertainment!

Five bedroom private home nestled among seventy-foot tall pine trees in Warrior's Mark West. Only a short walk to the Arapahoe National Forest and several Nordic ski trails. Occasional moose sighting from the house!

The living room features soft brown leather sectional sofa facing a recessed 52", big screen HD TV/HD DVD and stereo system. Sliding patio doors give access to private deck with hot tub and views of the Peak 10 ski area.

Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining room with table that seats 12. Two bar stools at kitchen bar next to dining room. The large rec room in garden level has bar-sized pool table, two bar tables with bar stools and a TV/DVD.

Upstairs, outside the bedrooms, is a family room with a big screen 45" TV with DVD player. From their, a short walk up the stairs leads you to a narrow loft with futon seating to soak up the sun and enjoy views of Breckenridge ski slopes.

Master bedroom has a king bed and trundle (two twins) with a private bath, located upstairs. In the upstairs family room is a queen sleeper sofa. On the main level, there is a second bedroom with a king bed and trundle (two twins) and private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Fourth bedroom has a king bed and private bath on the lower level with fifth bedroom that has two sets of bunks and full bed with a private bath.

You will enjoy the oversized two-car garage, laundry facilities, spacious decks with gas BBQ grill, beautiful view and only a six minute drive to town.

Drive to slopes. Expert skiers can access Peak 10 Falcon Chair slopes via short walk from house.
