Life Happens: Continuity Planning for Real Estate #40477
This class covers best practices for preparing your real estate business should you become unavailable for some reason. Upon completion of this class you will have a better understanding of how to create a business plan that will take care of your clients while you are unavailable, how to increase your mental health and how to create a marketing plan that runs automatically.
T.R.E.C. LEGAL UPDATE I #37796
Pretty straight forward...This class is required for ALL real estate agents wishing to renew their license. Agents in their first two years of real estate will also have to take this course along with current sales agents and brokers that that currently hold an active real estate license. 4-hour T.R.E.C. required Continuing Education class.
P.R.O. to Close: Pragmatics #40285
Class one of three classes in the P.R.O. to Close Contract series. The word for this class is Pragmatics. This class will cover a practical approach to the One to Four Family Residential Sales Contract (resale) and recent approved revisions as time permits. 1-hour T.R.E.C. approved Continuing Education contract class.

Direct and to the point...This class is required for ALL real estate agents wishing to renew their license.
