About Us
2 Getaway Travel is a family-owned travel consulting firm specializing in custom-curated vacations. Co-owners Randy and Lisa Otts are Houston-based empty nesters who love to travel and share their experiences with others. Over the years, they’ve made many cherished memories while on vacation. It was this passion for intentional memory making that led them to open 2 Getaway Travel in June 2006. Since then, they’ve had the pleasure of building travel experiences for thousands of clients to destinations all over the world.
The foundation of 2 Getaway Travel is strong relationships. We listen to our customers and we know our products. With over 35 years of industry experience, deep industry relationships, and a portfolio of personal travel, we are uniquely positioned to match clients with experiences. Chief Memory Architect
Howdy, I'm Randy Otts, after 30+ years in the travel industry, I have expertise across the world of travel, especially in the Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Central America, ski, golf and other sport travel. If you're not certain who to begin with, contact me and our team will be in touch very soon.
Operations Manager
HI, I am Lisa Otts after 33 years in the corporate world I am excited to use my skills and talents to improve processes and help integrate technology so that 2 Getaway Travel will be able to provide the true "end to end " experience for you and your memories.
Digital Manager
I'm passionate about hard work and learning new things, my favorite hobby is to travel. I grew up in Cancun Quintana Roo, but I have lived in 2 continents, 4 countries and 6 cities. I have a degree in International Business in the university of Tecnológico de Monterrey, a master’s in Business Administration with Finance specialization in IE Business School in Madrid and a handful of certifications including Hospitality and Tourism Management. Growing up in Cancun has allowed me the opportunity to emerge, live and work in the touristic industry.
Office Manager & Memory Architect

Memory Architect
I joined 2 Getaway Travel this year. Before, I worked as a freelancer teaching English and Spanish as a second language in Mexico. I worked in Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya in the Call Center assisting guests and as an English & Spanish Teacher in Berlitz in Venezuela and Mexico.
I work with passion towards excellence, winning customers by providing them extraordinary service.
