I’ve been in the travel industry since 1990, and travel hasn’t just been my career; it’s been my life. So whatever you've been promising yourself, I'd love to help you plan it. Meet Randy
Before starting my own agency, friends and colleagues were constantly asking me to plan their trips because they trusted my knowledge and connections. That's when I realized this should be my business.
So in June 2006, my wife Lisa and I founded 2 Getaway Travel, and this year we're proud to celebrate 20 years of helping clients turn trips into lifelong memories.
Over the years, I've traveled extensively throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Central and South America, Canada, and beyond. From ski trips in the Alps and Rockies to river cruises through Europe to all-inclusive resorts across the Riviera Maya. I don't recommend places I've just read about. I recommend places I've personally experienced, relationships I've built, and partners I trust.
And that's a big part of what sets us apart: the relationships. After decades in the industry, I've built strong connections with hoteliers, tour operators, and destination experts around the world. Those connections help us create better experiences, smoother trips, and added value for our clients.
Today, I specialize in all-inclusive resorts, European travel, river cruises, group travel, sports and golf getaways, ski vacations, and unique experiences like music-themed group trips. Whether you're planning a honeymoon, a milestone celebration, a bucket-list European adventure, or a group getaway with friends, I'm here to help you get it right the first time.
When I'm not planning travel, you'll find me volunteering with Finishing Touch Ministries, a Houston-based nonprofit that transforms empty houses into homes for families in need. It's something that's just as meaningful to me as helping people create incredible travel memories.
