Itinerary
Day 1 – Wednesday, October 21
Arrive in Austin where your tour host greets you at the airport and escorts you to the Embassy Suites San Marcos. After check-in, join fellow travelers at the Manager’s Reception—the perfect way to kick off race weekend.
Day 2 – Thursday, October 22
Enjoy breakfast before a relaxed morning by the pool, outlet shopping, or heading into downtown Austin. In the afternoon, we head to COTA for the exclusive Thursday Pit Lane Walk, where you’ll see the teams and cars up close. Evening at leisure with downtown shuttle service available until 11 PM.
Day 3 – Friday, October 23
Practice Day at COTA! Watch teams dial in performance during two practice sessions, plus support races throughout the day. Midday, visit the COTA Observation Tower for panoramic views of the circuit. Evening shuttle to downtown Austin available.
Day 4 – Saturday, October 24
Qualifying Day! Experience the tension as drivers battle for pole position. After on-track action, stay at the circuit for the Saturday night headlining concert—included with your package, with optional upgrades closer to the stage.
Day 5 – Sunday, October 25
Race Day. The atmosphere is electric as engines roar and championship points are on the line. After the race, return to the hotel—or head downtown to celebrate Austin-style.
Day 6 – Monday, October 26
Final breakfast, check-out, and airport transfers home—already planning your next race.
