Get ready to escape the summer heat and step into pure tropical bliss! Pickle in Paradise 2026 – August Edition brings pickleball lovers from all over to the stunning beaches of Riviera Maya for five unforgettable days of sunshine, world-class instruction, luxury relaxation, and nonstop fun.
This event features pro instructor Kellye Ansel, Kelley Ansel is a highly respected pickleball instructor and competitive player based in Texas. A native Texan and former collegiate tennis player for Texas Tech University and Sam Houston State University, Kelley transitioned fully into pickleball several years ago and has quickly become a sought-after coach known for her energetic, encouraging teaching style. She currently serves as an instructor at Kissing Tree Resort in San Marcos, Texas, where she helps players of all levels improve their technique, strategy, and confidence on the court.
In addition to her coaching, Kelley has built an impressive competitive resume. Her accomplishments include 2022 USA Diamond Amateur Singles Champion, 2023 Mid-South Singles Champion, and 2023 Texas Senior Games Gold Medalist in Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. She also captured Gold Medals at the 2023 National Senior Games in Singles and Doubles, earned multiple medals at the 2024 Texas Senior Games, and won Singles Gold at the 2024 U.S. Open. Most recently, Kelley claimed Singles Gold at the 2025 National Senior Games and Singles Gold at the 2025 World Championships.
Kelley’s clinics are known for being fun, high-energy, and incredibly effective, making her a favorite among players looking to sharpen their skills while enjoying the game.
