Itinerary
Day 1 – Wednesday, September 23
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and transfer to the Windsor California Copacabana. After check-in, enjoy free time to relax by the beach before joining the group for an exclusive rooftop welcome reception with drinks, appetizers, and breathtaking views of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain.
Day 2 – Thursday, September 24
After breakfast, experience Rio’s most iconic landmarks during a guided sightseeing tour including Christ the Redeemer, the colorful Selarón Steps, and the famous Rio Cathedral. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure exploring Copacabana Beach and the local cafés.
Day 3 – Friday, September 25
Spend the morning relaxing on the beach or exploring nearby Ipanema. Later, enjoy a half-day excursion to Sugarloaf Mountain with incredible panoramic views of Rio before returning to the hotel for a free evening.
Day 4 – Saturday, September 26
Enjoy a full leisure day with optional excursions available throughout the region. In the evening, join fellow travelers for the official Ravens in Rio Land Pep Rally & Beach Party featuring food, drinks, entertainment, and samba-inspired fun on the beach.
Day 5 – Sunday, September 27
Game day has arrived. Enjoy free time before heading to the Ultimate Pre-Game Tailgate Party with Brazilian food, drinks, music, and entertainment. Later, experience the excitement of the Baltimore Ravens vs Dallas Cowboys matchup at legendary Maracanã Stadium.
Day 6 – Monday, September 28
Enjoy your final morning in Rio before transferring to the airport for your journey home.
